Warning: Final and Irreversible Action

This action will permanently delete:

• Your authentication account and active sessions
• Your profile, integrations, and erasable personal information
• Your Lotus conversations and erasable support requests
• Your submissions, answers, personal results, and recovery data
• Your profile photos and files in every associated Storage area
• Temporary operational data linked to your account

Some non-personal institutional content shared with a school and aggregate billing, usage, and audit facts may be retained without your personal information under applicable retention policies. This description explains Scolaro's technical behavior and is not legal advice.

This action is final. You will no longer be able to log in with this account after deletion. If you wish to use the application again, you will need to create a new account.

Deletion and backups

Account deletion concerns erasable personal data in the live service. Non-personal shared content and facts needed for billing, usage or audit may remain after references to the person are removed, subject to applicable obligations.

Database backups may still contain data recorded before deletion until those backups expire. Deleting an account does not immediately rewrite older backups. Backup retention is separate from retention in the live service. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your request.
